Return and Refund Policy

At Playfull.pk, we carefully inspect and pack every product before dispatch. We want you to be happy with your purchase and have made our return process as simple as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unassembled and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals and parts are included.

  • The product has not been damaged, altered or used after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is provided.

Products that have been assembled, installed or used cannot be returned unless they were received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it is delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing parts or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label so our team can verify the issue.

Once verified, Playfull.pk may provide a replacement, replacement part, exchange or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, the product must meet our return eligibility requirements.

Delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.

For large or bulky products, transportation or pickup charges may also be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Products that have been assembled or installed.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage or improper handling.

  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

  • Customized or specially ordered products.

  • Clearance or final-sale products where stated at the time of purchase.

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another available refund method.

Please allow approximately 7–14 working days after approval for the refund to be processed.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Playfull.pk or the product was received damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be handled under our standard return procedure.
