Welcome to Playfull.pk. By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

Playfull.pk provides children's play products, indoor play equipment, climbing equipment, toys and related products through our website.

We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue any product, service, price, promotion or website feature at any time without prior notice.

Use of this website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications and prices displayed on Playfull.pk are accurate.

However, minor differences in color, wood grain, texture, finish, dimensions or appearance may occur due to manufacturing variations, natural materials, lighting and screen settings.

Such minor variations are not considered product defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and specifications before placing an order to ensure that the product is suitable for their available space and intended use.

3. Children's Products and Supervision

Our products are designed for children's play and must be used responsibly.

Children should use climbing equipment, jungle gyms, slides, Pikler equipment and similar products under appropriate adult supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that:

• The product is appropriate for the child's age, size and abilities.

• The product is assembled and installed correctly.

• All instructions and safety recommendations are followed.

• The equipment is regularly checked for loose fittings, damage or excessive wear.

• Children are supervised appropriately while using the product.

Playfull.pk is not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, lack of supervision or use contrary to the provided instructions.

4. Orders

Submitting an order through Playfull.pk does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including:

• Product unavailability.

• Incorrect pricing or product information.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Delivery limitations.

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on Playfull.pk are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, online payment or other payment methods offered during checkout.

6. Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period provided to customers.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations, operational issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Additional delivery charges may apply for large, heavy or bulky products depending on the customer's location.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, the customer should contact Playfull.pk within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs or videos where requested.

Claims submitted after this period may be difficult to verify and will be assessed at Playfull.pk's discretion, subject to applicable law.

8. Assembly and Installation

Certain Playfull.pk products require assembly or installation.

Customers must follow the supplied instructions and ensure that all screws, bolts, fittings and structural components are securely installed before allowing a child to use the product.

Where professional installation is recommended, customers should use appropriately qualified assistance.

Damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation, modification or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, products that have been assembled, installed or used are generally not eligible for return.

Customers should review our Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

10. Cancellations

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-made, personalized or specially ordered products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or procurement has started.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Discounts, promotional codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Multiple discount codes may not be combined.
